Tammy Liddicoat

December 20, 1967 — April 7, 2020

Tammy Kay Liddicoat was born December 20, 1967, to Jacqueline Taylor and Peter Liddicoat. She passed away peacefully at home on April 7, 2020. Tammy is preceded in death by her mother Jacqueline Taylor. She is survived by her father, Peter Liddicoat of Waunakee, Wisconsin; a brother, Kip Liddicoat of Madison, Wisconsin; her aunt, Pat (Eldon) Yanna of Mineral Point, Wisconsin; her guardian and loving step-dad, John Isom of Madison, Wisconsin; a special "Grandma" Chastity (Young) Isom; and her three loving step-brother's, Skylar Young, Ja'Von and Jasiah Isom of Madison, Wisconsin.

Tammy attended Madison and Waunakee School districts. She graduated from Waunakee in 1989. Tammy was employed at Christ Presbyterian Church from November of 2000 until March 31st, 2013, and the MARC Center from June 1989 until her passing in April 2020. She was also a volunteer for the American Red Cross from January 1999 until January 2008 and an Animal Companion for cats at Companion Animal Hospital 1 time per week for three years. Tammy had a great love for animals and enjoyed visiting and feeding the horses at Critter Corral 2 times per week. She often would bring apples or carrots to feed the horses.

Tammy was very spirited and enjoyed life. She loved attending Badger Camp and their Horse Camp program each summer and always looked forward to her two favorite Holidays during the year, Halloween and Christmas. She also enjoyed going to a variety of dances throughout Madison and various activities within the Marc and Rem agencies.

The family would like to extend a very special "Thank you" to Driss Akawn, Judy Klemke, and Abdoulaye Barro. Your exceptional care for Tammy during her last moments will be forever cherished and appreciated.

A private burial will be held at Forest Hill Cemetery, and a Celebration of Life visitation and prayer service will be scheduled for later this summer.
