Theodore Smith

Madison: Theodore T. Smith passed away April 29th,2017 at his home in Madison Wisconsin. He was born April 30th, 1942 in Beaumont, Texas to Maggie and Marshall Toussaint and raised by Lillie Smith and Cournell Lee Smith. He graduated from Charlton Pollard High School in Texas and went on to study at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Theodore was a devoted father, the greatest teacher, philosopher, story teller and artist. He lived a life that was full. He traveled the world, acted on stage, served in the U.S Airforce and loved his family fiercely. He is preceded in death by his siblings Mildred Victorian; Manuel Holloway Sr; Lillie Smith; Mary Lee Brady; Geneva Colette, Effie Lathan and Steve Holloway.He is survived by his sister Peggy Moore; his many cousins, nieces and nephews; his daughter Maggie Liillibeth Smith; his son Theodore Tamir Smith; his daughter in law Elise Muldrow; and his grand children: Tavian Smith, Desmond Smith and Thea Smith.He will be greatly missed and to those that loved him, he will always be the man that hung the moon.
