Theresa Middleton

WAUNAKEE-Theresa M. "Terri" Middleton, age 55, passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2016, following a battle with ovarian cancer. She was born in Madison on Jan. 17, 1961, to Arthur and Doris (Palmeier) Suchomel. She married Douglas Middleton on Dec. 3, 1977, and lived all of her life in the Waunakee area. She was employed in a family trucking business with her husband, Doug. Terri was a volunteer in the town of Springfield, an active committee member in the Waunakee Relay for Life, as well as a member of St John's Catholic Church.

Survivors include her husband, Doug; a son, David (Darcy); a daughter, Lisa; and two grandchildren, Molly and Georgia .

A visitation will be held at the Winn-Cress Funeral Home, 5785 Hwy Q, Waunakee on Friday, May 13, 2016, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. A private burial will be held at a later date.
