PARDEEVILLE—Thomas “Tom” D. Madigan, age 74, passed away on April 17, 2022. He was born on January 7, 1948 in Madison, WI to David and M. Jean (O’Neill) Madigan. Tom went on to enlist in the United States Marine Corp in May of 1967 and honorably served our country until he was discharged in March of 1970.
In his free time, Tom enjoyed traveling with Mary, woodworking, and spending time with his family. Tom took great pride in researching his family history and genealogy.
Tom is survived by his life partner Mary Neumeier; children Quinn (Amy) and Sean Madigan; and grandchildren Aiden, McKenna, Caitlin, Aengus, and Seamus. He is further survived by his sister Denise (John) Madigan-Doucette; nieces and nephews Norbert “Tinker” Bormett, Bob “Booboo” Bormett, Jeanette “Sis” Bormett, Rick Bormett, Mike Bormett, Kevin Bormett, Stacy Bormett, Juanita Jackson; and great-niece Katherine Reddeman who was a tremendous help to Tom and the family in his final days.
Tom was preceded in death by his father David Madigan, mother M. Jean Bormett Madigan, and brothers John, Bob, and Bill Bormett.
There will be a celebration of life for Tom at a later date. He will be brought to his final place of rest with military honors at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia.

Tom was a decorated veteran of the United States Marines Corp where he served as a Sergeant. As a veteran of the Vietnam War and a recipient of the Purple Heart Award, Tom was devoted to both his country and his family.
