Tim Lattimer

Tim E. Lattimer "Bus Driver Tim", age 77 of Sun Prairie, passed way unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 26, 2016. Tim was born February 1, 1939, in Mather, Wisconsin. He was the son of Thomas and Valda (Moore) Lattimer. Tim graduated in 1957 from Lincoln High School in Wisconsin Rapids. For the last 10 years, Tim drove school bus for Kobussen Buses in the Sun Prairie School District as well as many trips around the United States. He loved his job and enjoyed talking and meeting kids and adults alike. Tim also enjoyed golfing and teaching golf lessons at Lake Windsor Country Club. Another favorite pastime was watching Badger and Packer football. Tim was talented in many sports from a young age and loved watching and participating whenever he could.
Tim was a loving grandfather who adored his grandkids and enjoyed watching them in their various sporting events.

Tim is survived by his children; Julie Lattimer, Jon Lattimer, Joy (Ben Hebebrand) Dawson, Jennifer (Jason) Gillette and Lance Lattimer; his grandchildren Jesica and Ben Lattimer, Amalia and Nicholas Jereczek and Jack and Jadie Dawson; he is also survived by his children's mothers Nancy Seabrook and Carol Ripp; sisters Kay Wyman and Jean (Edith Halls) Lattimer and many extended family and friends. Tim was preceded in death by his parents and brother James.

Tim's funeral service will be held at Cress Funeral Home, 1310 Emerald Terrace in Sun Prairie on Sunday, October 30, 2016, at 3:00 pm with visitation from 1:00pm until the time of service.

The family would like to thank Kobussen for Embracing Tim as a member of their family and for providing, friendship, laughter and love to him for the last 10 years. Also, the family would like to thank the morning staff at St. Mary's Emergency Clinic in Sun Prairie for their compassionate care and treatment of their dad.
