Torrence Michael Hudson

Stoughton/Montello- Torrence Michael Hudson, age 28, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at his home in Montello.  He was born in Madison on June 24, 1982, the son of Michael and Linda (Hanson) Hudson.  Torrence graduated from Stoughton High School in 2000.  He enjoyed cooking, reading, fishing, playing video games, pool and darts, and spending time with his family.  Torrence was full of life and always had a smile on his face.  He is survived by his mother, Linda Hudson of Cottage Grove; his father, Mike (Ginny) Hudson of Montello; three sisters, Dawn (Jerry) Heider, Katrina Hudson and Katricia (Josh Greeno) Hudson; maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Hagen; grandfather, Kenneth Wigdal; aunt, Carryn (Ellen Rust) Hanson; uncle, Gary (Pat) Hudson; cousins, Kevin (Tara) Hudson and Jennifer (Mike) Stanek; girlfriend, Rosie Tremaine; and many relatives and friends.  Torrence was preceded in death by his uncle, Robert Lewis Hanson Jr.; and his grandfather, Robert Lewis Hanson Sr.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Western Koshkonong Lutheran Church, 2633 Church Road, Cottage Grove, with Rev. Tom Heyn officiating.  (Additional parking is available at West Koshkonong Lutheran Church)  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Friends and relatives are invited to a luncheon immediately following the burial in the church fellowship hall.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of services on Saturday.
