Victoria Oglesby Hallam, 68, of Madison, WI, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on September 12, 2012 at the University of Wisconsin Hospital. She was born in Elkhart, Illinois and attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison where she met her husband, Bob. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years; her daughters, Stephanie Dillard (Kirk), Charlotte Blotz (John), Jessica Fortner (Ty); and four grandchildren. Friends and family are invited to gather on Friday, September 28, 2012 at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3610 Speedway Road, Madison from 1:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. There will be words of remembrance shared at 4:00 p.m. Bob and his daughters would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to neighbors, family and friends for their love and support. We also want to thank the Doctors and Staff at UW Hospital and the TLC Unit who made Vicki's short stay very comfortable.
