Bambrough, Virginia Lee  (Enderle)

Madison:  Virginia Lee Bambrough (Enderle), age 79, passed away Friday January 6, 2023 at home surrounded by family.  She was born January 11, 1943 the daughter of Markus and Mildred (Schwark) Enderle.  Virginia was born and raised in Mauston, WI.  She graduated from Mauston High School in 1961.  After graduation she attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point for a year and graduated from Madison Business College in 1963.  Virginia married Ronald Bambrough October 16. 1964 in Madison.  She was employed by the University of Wisconsin for 29 years and retired as an accountant for the University of Wisconsin Housing Department.  Virginia loved her family dearly, and she enjoyed cooking and gardening.  She enjoyed Food Network and the Cooking Channel and found many new recipes for her daughters to prepare for her.

Virginia is survived by her son, Kevin, daughters; Tina, Lisa and Karen, grandchildren; Tiffany, Courtney, Casey, Laura, Kevin Jr., Jayla, Zachary, Nicholas, Nathaniel, Estevan, Randy, Justin and Alexis, and 3 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ronald,  brothers, sister, Son, Phillip, and daughter Theresa.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm Thursday, January 12, 2023 at the Cress Center, 6021 University Ave., Madison, WI 53705.

The family would like to thank Dr Hook and Cali with Wildwood Family Clinic, SSM Palliative Care nurse Carly, and Agrace HospiceCare Staff.
