MADISON – Ginny R. Cramer, age 84, passed away on May 8, 2024, in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. She was born to Gordon and Frances Cheeseman Albert on August 22, 1939, in Neenah, Wisconsin. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh where she met and married Harold Cramer on August 27, l 960, at Neenah, Wisconsin. They both graduated with high honors. She taught kindergarten in Madison and then in California. In 1963, she and her husband returned to Madison. She was employed by the State of Wisconsin for twenty years. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. For many years, Ginny researched her family history as well as helped others in their research.
Ginny was very special to her family with her loving, giving and creative nature. She and her husband always found "oneness" in all they did together. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Her support, strength and wisdom provided a strong foundation for everyone who knew her. She will always be loved and missed but we know that a life that touches the hearts of others goes on forever.
Ginny is survived by her sons, Paul (Nancy) of Lafayette, Indiana; Tom of Lafayette, Indiana; daughter, Sarah (Dirk) Langfoss of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin; 8 grandchildren, Vanessa (Curt) Isenbarger, Logan (Taylor) Cramer, Carlisa Cramer, Breanna (Josh) Piper, and Ryan Cramer; and Brad (Brecken) Langfoss, Grant (Jenifer) Langfoss, and John (Angelica) Langfoss; 5 great grandkids, Ian, Mila, and Lukas Isenbarger; Korver and Finnley Cramer; and Sofie Langfoss. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Harold; her parents, Gordon and Francis; sisters, Cynthia Wilms of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, Clara Bastian of Whitewater, Wisconsin and Mary Trettin of Kaukauna, Wisconsin. A private family memorial service will be held later this year in Peshtigo, Wisconsin.
