William ""Bill"" Weaver Bailey

MADISON- William ""Bill"" W. Bailey, age 95, passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2009. He was born in Bloomington, WI on October 20, 1913, the son of Isa and Lee Bailey. He worked for the Borden Co. for 33 years until his retirement in 1978. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, three sisters, two brothers, and also his wife Eleanor on July 17, 2002, formerly of Berlin, WI. They were happily married for 64 wonderful years. They did a lot of traveling and had a very happy marriage. It was hard for him after her passing, but due to lots of friends and a loving family he kept going. He is survived by his daughter, Luanne (Dave) Storley of Madison, daughter, Mary (Brian) Hayes of Eau Claire, WI, son, Don (Jane) Bailey of Madison, son, Terry (Jean) Bailey of Hudson, WI, eleven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and his beloved cat, Snuffy. A special thank you to the staff at All Saints Assisted Living for their loving care. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 24, 2009, at OUR LADY QUEEN OF PEACE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 401 S. Owen Drive, Madison, with a visitation held one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Dane County Humane Society, 5132 Voges Road, Madison, WI 53718
