William Carl Hoppe

It is with heavy hearts and sadness that we had to say goodbye to our beloved husband, brother, father, father-in-law and grandfather on July 28, 2024. 

Bill was 83 years old. Parkinson’s Disease attacked him slowly but surely.

Bill was a realtor and owned multiple investment properties, enjoying all the pleasure and hard work of being a great and kind landlord. He will be greatly missed by his wife and best friend of 63 years who just worshipped him and all his loving family. 

Bill is survived by his wife, Lynda, daughter Michelle, and son Jamie (Jane), sister, Nancy (Don Roeber) and their children Terry, Sue, Robert, Candace, and family; grandson, Wesley (Roxanne) Hoppe and Wilson Hoppe. He was preceded in death by his father William C. Hoppe and his mother, Sylvia (Utech) Hoppe.

A celebration of life for friends and neighbors will be held on September 22, 2024 at Buck and Honey’s Restaurant in Monona, 800 West Broadway in Monona from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m..

Our family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison for their exceptional care, kindness and empathy they showed Billy, everyone was just wonderful, thank you so much.
