Survivors of suicide loss gather at hundreds of simultaneous healing conferences around the world every year on International Survivors of Suicide Day to connect with others who have survived the tragedy of suicide loss, and express and understand the powerful emotions they experience.
The conference offers support and information about resources for healing after the loss of a loved one by suicide. While this Madison gathering is open to the community, survivors of suicide loss and those who are supportive or are interested in healing after loss are especially encouraged to attend. The local event offers opportunities for remembrance which survivors may find comforting before the holidays.
Local Conference provided by Journey Mental Health Center, Survivors of Suicide Program (SOS) and H.O.P.E.S. of Wisconsin (Helping Others Prevent and Educate about Suicide)
