HeartLight Center

Cress partners with HeartLight Center, a non-profit offering grief support and education. HeartLight offers virtual and in person programs on handling the logistics after a loss, ongoing grief support groups, workshops, educational seminars, resources and referrals. If you are interested in grief support, HeartLight will work to find you a program that is more meaningful to you.

Agrace Grief Support Center

The Agrace Grief Support Center offers individual and group grief support for children, teens and adults. Our services also include education, resources, and workshops. We serve anyone grieving a death, even if the person who died was not a hospice patient.
